Please note, this ticket does not include entry to the Hobbledown Heath Adventure park, this is separate, you can ask us for a discount code for this. Parking spaces are available, do reserve.

EVENT RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please Note: NO REFUNDS

Our event takes place in Hounslow and involves high expenses. Ticket prices are kept low in the interest of the community and only cover organisational costs. Please consider this carefully before purchasing, as no refunds will be issued.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and house rules:

• Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Magic of India cannot take responsibility for children at the event.

• Food is not included with the ticket. Please speak directly with the food stalls regarding any allergy concerns. The organisers are not responsible.

• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes bad weather, event postponement for unforeseen reasons, or the inability of any ticket holder to attend for any reason. No credit will be offered.

• A pack of coloured powder is free. Additional packets can be purchased at the event. Outside colour is strictly not allowed for safety reasons. All colours provided by us are UK Authority Health & Safety food-grade certified, organic, safe, and wash off easily.

• No dogs are allowed within the event barrier area.

• For safety reasons, high security checks will be in place. Please cooperate with security officials.

• Parking tickets are available at the venue on first come availablity. Parking charges apply, available on a first come first serve basis. Book online in advance.

• Clothing: Please wear layers and clothes you are happy to spoil. The colour mostly washes off. Only dry colour powder play is permitted. The powder is food-grade coloured cornflour.

• No cloakroom facilities are available. Please avoid bringing bags or valuables. Organisers are not responsible for lost items.

• Please use the restroom facilities available at the venue.

• First Aid and Lost & Found Desk: Please bring an injured or lost child here. Do not waste time looking for the parent/s. It is not safe or advisable to do so. We have a process to help them.

• Please avoid prams as much as possible, as they create a trip hazard for other children. But if you bring them, please be aware that prams are not permitted in the dancing colour play area.

• Photography takes place at the event, so please note that we cannot avoid it, and children also get photographed. By buying tickets, you agree to permit Magic of India, Hobbledown Heath and Sunrise Radio to take photographs of you and your children at the event, and for the rights to use all the pictures on any media.
